Lab Order

Ask your doctor for a lab requisition. We accept orders for Quest, LabCorp, and most specialty labs.

Book An Appointment

Online:   Use our secure HIPAA compliant booking form

Doctor: Your provider can send us the order directly and we'll contact you.

Register and Pick Time Slot

Select a convenient date and time frame window. Our time slots are

M-F: 7am-11am or 11am-3pm

Sat: 7am-10am

Prepare For Your Appointment

Follow any fasting or medication instructions from your doctor. Have your Government-issued ID and Requisition Form when we arrive.

Your Appointment

A licensed phlebotomist arrives with all necessary equipment. Your blood draw should take less than 15 minutes.
