How do I refer a patient?
Provide your patient with a lab requisition.
Provide the patient with your Preferred Provider code.
Please direct them to our scheduling portal, where they can register, upload their lab requisition, and schedule an appointment.
At checkout, your patient will automatically receive a 10$ discount.
Can you draw for any lab?
Yes. We work with Quest, LabCorp, and most specialty labs. We deliver the samples directly to the lab specified on the requisition.
What happens when I become a partner?
Once you're onboarded:

Your practice will be added to our Provider Directory (if desired) so patients know you offer mobile lab access.
Your patient will receive a discount, and you will also receive an incentive.
Your patients will receive priority appointment slots.
How do I get started?
Fill out our Provider Partner Sign-Up Form. We'll contact you within 24-48 hours to complete onboarding and provide secure order submission instructions.

Will this change how I receive lab results?
No. Results will be sent to you by the lab exactly as they are now. We simply make it easier for your patients to complete their tests.
Is there a cost for providers to partner with you?
No. There is no cost to join our provider network. You and your patient will actually receive an incentive instead.
How quickly are my patients scheduled?
Provider network patients are given priority scheduling, often same-day or next-day availability.
